The property is located within an area of outstanding natural beauty and is set in idyllic countryside in a secluded location. Much of the adjoining land is owned by the National Trust, with magical routes through the neighbouring forests and hop fields.
Your weekend will include yoga, meditation and rambling walks in the stunning countryside.

Evening Yin yoga to target the deep connective tissues, joints, fascia and ligaments in the body. The more we work our fascial system and deep tissues, the less dense and tight our bodies become as we age.
A nutrition and positive eating workshop focussing on reducing illness and disease as we age

THE FOOD
Your food will be locally sourced, seasonal and FRESH. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be a celebration of taste and texture.
Meals will be vegetarian and vibrant with energy-giving nutrients and cell-boosting vitamins.
Largely plant-based, your menu will be designed by our in-house chef with you in mind. There will be a section regarding your dietary requirements and preferences on your fact-find health questionnaire emailed to you one month before the retreat.
